GENERAL MEMBERSHIP TERMS: 

  1. All participants must agree to and sign a participation waiver prior to participation. Participation is strictly prohibited without a valid participation waiver.
  2. All memberships and class passes must be purchased through the member portal or app.
  3. Payments are processed in accordance with the Online Payment Agreement.
  4. Recurring memberships are automatically renewed on the 1st day of each month.
  5. Membership fees, class pass fees, and all other fees are non-refundable. 
  6. Memberships and class passes are non-transferable.

MEMBERSHIPS TERMS APPLICABLE TO KIDS MEMBERSHIPS:

  1. Changing a membership to another day or time requires a change request to be emailed to [email protected]. Refer to Membership Changes information below.
  2. Change requests are subject to spaces and availability of other classes. In some cases a change to another class may not be possible.
  3. If a notice of absence is provided at least twenty four (24) hours before the scheduled class, Three Rings may offer a make-up class. Notice of absence must be emailed to [email protected].
  4. No make-up class will be offered if a notice of absence was not provided at least twenty four (24) hours before the scheduled class.
  5. No more than two (2) make-up up classes per membership can be accrued at any time.
  6. Make-up classes must be used within two (2) months of the missed class.
  7. Make-up classes are subject to spaces and availability in other classes. In some cases a make-up class may not be available.
  8. A valid membership is required to be active to participate in a make-up class.
  9. Unused make-up classes are forfeit.

MINORS:

  1. All participants under the age of eighteen (18) must have a guardian register them.
  2. Guardians must provide all required registration information, for both themselves and the participant, when registering.
  3. Guardians must sign the participation waiver, on behalf of the participant, prior to participation.
  4. Guardians will be the point of contact, on behalf of the participant, for all communication from Three Rings.

ADULT & TEEN MEMBERSHIP HOLDS:

  1. Membership holds are available for adult and teen memberships.
  2. Members may request a membership hold at any time.
  3. Hold requests must be in writing, and sent by email to [email protected].
  4. Hold requests sent via email must be sent from the email address linked to the member. If this is not possible, further verification will be required and may delay the hold process.
  5. Hold requests require a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice.
  6. The minimum period for a membership hold is two (2) weeks.
  7. Members are entitled to a maximum of four (4) weeks of membership holding per calendar year.

KIDS MEMBERSHIP HOLDS:

  1. Membership holds are not available for kids memberships.
  2. Membership holds may be arranged under exceptional circumstances if requested; however, this at the sole discretion of Three Rings and must be agreed upon in writing.

MEMBERSHIP CHANGES:

  1. Members may request a membership change at any time.
  2. Change requests must be in writing, and sent by email to [email protected].
  3. Change requests sent via email must be sent from the email address linked to the member or guardian. If this is not possible, further verification will be required and may delay the change process.
  4. Change requests require a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS: 

  1. Canceling a membership will not incur cancellation fees.
  2. Members may request membership cancellation at any time.
  3. Cancellation requests must be in writing, and sent by email to [email protected].
  4. Cancellation requests sent via email must be sent from the email address linked to the member or guardian. If this is not possible, further verification will be required and may delay the cancellation process.
  5. Cancellation requests require a minimum of fourteen (14) days notice.
  6. Canceled membership will remain active until the end of the membership period that has been paid for.

OVERDUE BILLS:

  1. Recurring memberships with overdue bills will still automatically renew.
  2. Members with overdue bills, that are overdue by two (2) months or more, may have their membership cancelled and participation refused until overdue bills are paid in full.
  3. Overdue bills for cancelled or changed memberships are still payable in full.
  4. Memberships and class passes may not be created or changed while a member has overdue bills.
  5. Payment plans may be arranged if requested; however, this at the sole discretion of Three Rings and must be agreed upon in writing.

COMMUNICATION:

  1. Three Rings uses email for all communication for matters relating to memberships, the email address is [email protected].
  2. Members (or guardians of members) must provide and maintain a valid email address, and inform Three Rings as soon as possible if there are any changes.
  3. Three Rings does not take responsibility for undelivered information when a valid email address has not been provided and maintained.
